After being disappointed by a couple of places I was referred here by a friend. I only bring my vehicle here now. They are honest and don’t suggest repairs before they are needed. Rick has been super helpful every time I have been in.

After buying 2 used cars from North End Motors this past year, I wouldn't have them serviced anywhere else. The Service Dept is just as forthcoming, reliable and competent as their Sales Dept, and their shop seems to be very well equipped. I purchased my vehicle from North end motors, which was a good experience in itself. Later on my car needed service. Service manager of Rick nicest guy you ever wanna deal with. They got my warranty okayed and got the job done faster than I ever expected. So if you ever looking to purchase a vehicle, I strongly suggest North end motors.

Northend motors is the best service I have ever had Rick was great and solved my problem with my AC in a timely manner. I bought my Cadillac there and will buy again there. Terrific customer service.

I have been a customer of North End Motors for years. I go to North End Motors for any routine maintenance my car may need. The service reps at North End Motors are diligent and honest. Over the past year or so I have stuck with one service rep when scheduling maintenance. I have been scheduling my maintenance services with Rick. He is great!
