I am really enjoying the car so much and am very satisfied with my experience at North End Motors. The whole team… there is professional, courteous, and made the car buying process easy and transparent. This was the first vehicle I have ever purchased after driving a vehicle handed down to me from my father. After coming across the car through some online searches for gently used vehicles in my area, I made a phone call to North End Motors to schedule a test drive for the following day. I scheduled a appoinmtent to test drive the car with Thomas C. My father and I arrived at the dealership and Thomas was well prepared. After greeting us, Thomas took us to the car to give us an overview of some of the features and to take a look around as well as ask any questions. It was in great condition and had all the features I was looking for in my next car. My father and I each took a turn behind the wheel and returned to the dealership. We were both very impressed with the car as well as the price and we made an offer to buy the vehicle. We worked with Dan to get financing for the vehicle at a great rate as well as a value on our trade in. The process was easy, straightforward and clear. The vehicle was detailed and I was able to pick it up the following Monday. Just like the first day, Thomas was well prepared when we arrived after work on Monday to pick up my new car. I had had a few cars in mind and she patiently let me test drive all of them. When I decided to get the SOUL she was so happy for me; she courteously introduced me the Sadia, the finance manager. Sadia went over EVERYTHING with me and never rushed. She explained the numbers to me clearly and distinctly, and never talked down to me or intimidated me with finance jargon. Great affordable extended warranty plans. The papers passed smoothly and I was able to finance with a really great local bank. Never once was I pressured to "put money down" as most dealers do. I did put some money down enough to get a decent car payment every month, and they were able to work with my tight budget. Phil, Kim's Manager and Lou, the Sales Manager, also helped me break down the numbers and made me feel welcome in every possible way. I had to go back a few times during the buying process and EVERY SINGLE TIME they made me feel like a member of the family. Kim has a GREAT personality and, while being extremely professional and courteous, she also handled me with respect and gratitude. She is an ASSET to this organization, and speaks for the organization in general. Kudos also to Hereida Gonzalez in the Service department for ironing out last minute car issues, which really weren't a big deal in the first place...and talk about DEAL...I drove out of there with a gently used well-maintained pristine condition Kia Soul for under $12,000! Found the car I wanted to purchase online. Setup an appointment for a test drive. Unfortunately the car I selected to view was unavailable, however, Corey Gray helped me find a much more suitable option. Made the deal and that was that. I… was unable to pickup the vehicle due to certain circumstances. Corey took initiative and drove through Boston rush-hour traffic so I could enjoy my vehicle before the weekend. Great experience and definitely a solid team of salespeople.

In December of last year, my car was totaled and was not a great way to end the year! Once my insurance company sent me the check, car shopping was on the list. This is truly one of my LEAST favorite things to do! I went to 4 dealers and… had terrible experiences, as expected. Then, lucky # 5 was North End Motors in Canton, MA. I had done some online research and knew the car I wanted. I sent an e-mail and received a text within minutes to call one of the managers. I called and had a great conversation with Morgan, who set up an appointment for the next day! My wife and I went and met Morgan and then worked with Phillip Chancey. I knew right away it felt right-He truly knows cars but doesn't make you feel like you don't. Funny, kind, straight shooter-that's what we wanted. Another plus, he let US take the car out. Didn't jump in the back and sell, sell, sell. That is truly refreshing! Then, when it was time to crunch numbers there was no haggling, no "let me speak to my manager and see what we can do". None of that foolishness. There was a price, we ran numbers, we looked at some online comparisons, car sites, etc.... and we were sold! The Finance Manager was great as well! She explained everything in full detail and made is as painless as possible, (especially when you're talking about money/loans/etc.....). Purchased on a Tuesday, picked up on a Thursday, (that was my request as they said as long as my insurance company followed through in a timely manner, they could have had it for me Wednesday). We went yesterday and within a 1/2 hour, I was driving out of the lot! I will go to them for all services and am happy to report that I have now found a car dealership that I will continue to buy cars at. I've never found that in all the years of buying. No feelings of loyalty and that was what my dad did for many years, (went to the same dealer for service, new cars, etc... ). He knew he was being taken care of and now I can happily say I feel that way too. NORTH END MOTORS is a GREAT place to buy a car!

I purchased a car last week from North End motors, I worked with Luis R. I went in on a Sunday to look at a 2011 Kia Sorento which was in amazing condition. Luis was very knowledgeable about the suv and its features. He along with his… manager, and Terry in Finance worked hard to get me a very good deal on financing. They also gave me a great offer on my trade in along with an extended warranty on the Sorento. I was impressed at the diligence they showed. I think my only complaint would be that the suv was not ready when promised, but Luis personally delivered the car to me on Friday and picked up the trade in. I want to add that the delay was not due to fault of his own. I want to thank Stephanie, not sure of her last name or title, and also Patrick Rogers for the outstanding customer service I was given. It is not my first time dealing with this dealership, for obvious reasons. I had previously purchased from them when they had dealerships in Brockton. I did my shopping and comparing online through many sites. Then I put in an offer online… for a vehicle I saw at North End Motors. I got a call instantly! Made an appointment and when I got to the dealer I met Cy D., my salesman. He was honest and very, very patient. I already knew what car I wanted and I didn't want to waste either of our time. He was very knowledgable about the car, offering information I don't even think new car dealers would even know. This salesman takes pride in his work and really does his homework. Took the car for a drive and I agreed to buy the car. Financing me was tough. The financing company required a lot of paperwork because of my tough credit. The finance manager, Terry S., and the salesman, Cy D., were absolutely relentless in getting the financing company to get me approved, getting me a better rate than I would ever imagine. Their patience in dealing with me and the finance company is unsurpassed. It took over a week, because of my and my mortgage companies' fault, to get this approved and Cy kept in constant contact to keep me updated on what was going on. When I got the call saying everything was approved, It was a huge relief for me. I am very grateful for the dealerships understanding and for them going above and beyond for me. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me.
