I've been bringing my Mitsubishi SUV here for quite awhile now for my oil changes and each time I've been well taken care of by Tony Fiermonte. This gentleman is very good at what he does because he does it well. Tony will let you know what is happening with your vehicle and he will keep you abreast of any new changes that come up during your visit. He looks out for the customer just as he's done with me since I've been a customer of his. He will inform you of any discounts and points you accrue on their rewards program and ask if you want to redeem them. Like I said this place rocks. Update April 19, 2024 I brought my car in again for oil change and inspection to North End Motors and was helped by Rick Travers. Rick was very professional and helpful he kept me updated during my visit about earned reward points, what my car needed. I didn't know North End did inspections until Rick told me and I like that kind of service coming from seasoned professionals like Rick. Thanks so much for keeping my car in tip top shape.

We've been looking for a new minivan for awhile now and just weren't finding any dealers with stock or a friendly ear to listen to what we needed. Nick, at North End Motors, has been great. Communication was… More great. He contacted me through my preferred method (texting) and was happy to show us anything we asked to see. He gave us the option of having him come with us for the test drive or not but since we weren't familiar with the area, we opted to have him come with us. Michael in the finance office was friendly and efficient. Overall, we actually had fun meeting with Nick and checking out the vehicles they had available. We signed all the paperwork and they're doing the final check. This includes repainting an entire door with a large chip in the paint. The plan is to pick up my awesome new to me minivan in three days. And hopefully be back soon to replace our other family car!
