We needed to sell my father’s older, low-mileage Toyota after he passed away. I was apprehensive about what to expect. When you sell your deceased family member’s car, come prepared with the necessary documents, such as the title of the car, driver’s license of the deceased, death certificate, and estate documents/license to prove that you are the personal representative, etc.
