We visited North End Motors for the first time today and had an exceptional experience working with Sam! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. We went in with our walls up thinking it would be like any other experience buying a car but Sam was very attentive to our requests, budget, and needs. Very easy to work with and would definitely recommend North End Motors and specifically Sam to anyone who is looking for a vehicle! Edited 8/23/24 I bought my car (different from original review, which was my husband's car) from them in 2018 and brought it in at the end of my extended warranty for a transmission replacement. George and his team in the service department were great and did everything they could to help me out. They ended up finding additional issues that were covered under the warranty and I'm very grateful for their support and service!

I received excellent service from George Guseman. I went in for service on my notice that my car needed an oriole change, and we discussed other things such as a filter and looking at my wrist suspension. George addressed all my issues and kept me aware so what was happening. he was courteous and very professional. I received excellent service as a customer.

Financing was very easy as well, but horrible rates, even with good credit. Detailing of the cars needs work. I would recommend this facility to others, good cars, good selection, fair prices.
