Both Oniel and Mike were excellent to deal with, personable, fair, friendly and knowledgeable. They made the car buying process seamless and enjoyable, I would recommend anyone in the market try here first. Edit: Recently returned here to have some repair work done via a purchased warranty. Rick and the service team made the process totally painless, they constantly provided me with updates, dealt with the claim, and turned around the repairs quickly. Impressed by level of detailing on each vehicle (looked brand new). TEST DRIVES: Salesman took time to test drive 2 potential trucks. Selected 2017 Silverado 2500HD had brand new rear brakes, including pads & rotors. OVERHEATING BRAKES: Test drive revealed hot brake on front right. Salesman tried to re-assure that new rear brakes needed to be broken in. Salesman indicated that brakes would be inspected & repaired, as needed. FINAL RESOLUTION: After 2nd drive, showed salesman hot front brake. Ultimately, North End installed 4 corner brake job, including pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses. WOULD I BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM NORTH END MOTOR SALES: Absolutely, yes. Very satisfied.

I recently just purchased a car here a few days ago. I was car hunting at many different dealerships for about 8months. Every dealer I came into contact with tried to pressure me about buying the car or running my credit before even talking numbers . It was quite upsetting because I wanted to deal with someone who valued me as a costumer and not their next paycheck. That's until I met Aaron "AJ" over at North End Motors. Well, normally buying a car for a lot of people can be stressful especially a used car, but I have to say the salesman and his associates who answered the phone and got me to him. His name is Michael M.. Were fantastic. Michael was one of the honest car salesman I’ve ever met in my life. He went out of his way to be upfront and honest allowed me to drive the car without any questions. He made everything happen as far as the banks went got a good price got a good payment. I would suggest to anybody who’s looking for a good used car and now I bought a 2018. Dodge Challenger V8 and could not be happier the car is in fantastic shape. It’s an incredible car. They got some really good used cars down there. This is exactly what I was looking for and he just was such a nice guy and an easy guy to work with and he was very respectful to my girlfriend who had a cosign cause I’m on disability you know, coming off some surgeries and a back issue but hopefully going back to work soon. Again, if you’re looking for an honest car salesman, who’s gonna do right by you? Go to Northeast motors in Canton on route 138 and just asked For Mike Morris car salesman you won’t regret it. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice.
