Mike Morris Is my car man for life. He Was energetic Informative, fun and genuinely a people person. He sat In the vehicle I purchased and went over every button and everything that I didn’t understand in the car. He made sure I got the best deal that they could offer. I Was not his only client he was swarmed with other clients. He never made me feel unworthy of his time. He made it a point to come back to me every few minutes to tell me he would be with me shortly. I felt so good about buying a vehicle Until today. Finally! After days of test-driving vehicles, communicating with multiple dealerships, and engaging with shady salesmen, I finally came across North End Motors. I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!! I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!! I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
