His warm personality really set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience. My Sales Representative, Chris, was equally incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. What stood out to me most was how naturally he engaged with everyone in my group. He talked with me about the features and type of vehicle I wanted, engaged with my 7-year-old about the games he likes to play, and even connected with my cousin as he walked around the lot pointing out different vehicles that caught his attention. It truly felt like we were dealing with people who cared about making us comfortable—not just making a sale. Mufasta was also phenomenal when it came to explaining the different warranty options and protection coverage available. I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!! I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!! They both as a team made the process sooo smooth!!! Thank you guys for making my day GREAT!!

This is the four to or fifth car I have bought from North End Motors. They have always treated me with respect and I have never felt pressure from sales or management. They are happy to show me cars multiple times as I try to decide what I want to do. Mike Morris stuck with me the whole way! I just bought a used car from North End Motors and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Mike was amazing. I drove what felt like a million cars (might’ve actually just been 17, but who’s counting?) and he never once rolled his eyes or pretended to be on a “very important phone call” to escape me. He gave honest opinions, listened when I told him exactly what I was willing to spend (no awkward “let me just check with my manager” moments), and somehow made the whole experience feel like less of a stressful chore and more like a low-key episode of Top Gear: Budget Edition. I drove off happy, within budget, and without buyer’s remorse—which, let’s be honest, is rarer than a quiet toddler on a road trip. Well, normally buying a car for a lot of people can be stressful especially a used car, but I have to say the salesman and his associates who answered the phone and got me to him. His name is Michael M.. Were fantastic. Michael was one of the honest car salesman I’ve ever met in my life. He went out of his way to be upfront and honest allowed me to drive the car without any questions. He made everything happen as far as the banks went got a good price got a good payment. I would suggest to anybody who’s looking for a good used car and now I bought a 2018. Dodge Challenger V8 and could not be happier the car is in fantastic shape. It’s an incredible car. They got some really good used cars down there. This is exactly what I was looking for and he just was such a nice guy and an easy guy to work with and he was very respectful to my girlfriend who had a cosign cause I’m on disability you know, coming off some surgeries and a back issue but hopefully going back to work soon. Again, if you’re looking for an honest car salesman, who’s gonna do right by you? Go to Northeast motors in Canton on route 138 and just asked For Mike Morris car salesman you won’t regret it. I’m extremely happy.. I wish you all the luck that I had and he is really a great guy. Good luck thanks again Mike John.

Communication was great. I sent an inquiry at 10pm on a Saturday night about a vehicle I was interested in. I wasn't expecting a response until Monday. Sure enough, instant response. Naf was more than helpful with answering my questions. Once I arrived at the dealership I was met at the door with a handshake. The truck was waiting out front to take for a test ride. I didn't feel pressured by 6 different people like most places. Within 30 minutes all the paperwork was signed and ready to go. I will definitely keep Northend motors in mind for my next vehicle purchase.

I usually get super nervous when it comes to buying a car—always feel like I have to be on high alert for all the tricks, hidden fees, and pressure tactics. But my experience at this dealership was completely different and honestly way beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in, everything felt relaxed and easy. There was no haggling, no pressure, and best of all—no hidden fees. Everything was transparent, straightforward, and smooth from start to finish. They briefly mentioned a few car maintenance packages and asked if we were interested—we simply said no, and that was it. No pushy follow-up, no scare tactics, nothing. In my past experience, most dealerships would go out of their way to convince you (or scare you) into buying one of those expensive packages. But here? They respected our decision without question, and that really stood out to me. Special shoutout to Oniel —an amazing customer service rep who made the whole process feel effortless. I didn’t walk out with the car immediately since they insisted on doing a full-body check-up and a full detailing to make sure everything is in perfect shape before handing it over. Car buying is usually a hassle but not at NorthEnd Motors. Friendly and knowledgeable staff worked with me through the process to get the car I wanted at the payment I wanted. There was no pressure and no haggling. Mario and Naf were great to work with and Talha made the financing process quick and painless. Can’t wait to pick up my Ram 1500 this week! This is the four to or fifth car I have bought from North End Motors. They have always treated me with respect and I have never felt pressure from sales or management. They are happy to show me cars multiple times as I try to decide what I want to do. Pricing seems very fair and I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them for the purchase of your next used vehicle. Just a word for the salesperson, Mike, who took care of me this time. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
