His warm personality really set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience. My Sales Representative, Chris, was equally incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. What stood out to me most was how naturally he engaged with everyone in my group. He talked with me about the features and type of vehicle I wanted, engaged with my 7-year-old about the games he likes to play, and even connected with my cousin as he walked around the lot pointing out different vehicles that caught his attention. It truly felt like we were dealing with people who cared about making us comfortable—not just making a sale. Mufasta was also phenomenal when it came to explaining the different warranty options and protection coverage available. I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!! I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!! They both as a team made the process sooo smooth!!! Thank you guys for making my day GREAT!!

This is the four to or fifth car I have bought from North End Motors. They have always treated me with respect and I have never felt pressure from sales or management. They are happy to show me cars multiple times as I try to decide what I want to do. Pricing seems very fair and I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them for the purchase of your next used vehicle. Just a word for the salesperson, Mike, who took care of me this time. His warm personality really set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience. My Sales Representative, Chris, was equally incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. What stood out to me most was how naturally he engaged with everyone in my group. He talked with me about the features and type of vehicle I wanted, engaged with my 7-year-old about the games he likes to play, and even connected with my cousin as he walked around the lot pointing out different vehicles that caught his attention. It truly felt like we were dealing with people who cared about making us comfortable—not just making a sale. Mufasta was also phenomenal when it came to explaining the different warranty options and protection coverage available. He was extremely informative, thorough, and detailed, making sure I understood my options and had all the information I needed before making any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!! I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!! They both as a team made the process sooo smooth!!! Thank you guys for making my day GREAT!!

By far the best and HONEST customer service I’ve ever had when buying someone that is a big commitment. There was no pressure which astonished me, I was flabbergasted by how much care was put into getting into a car that not only I like, but that is safe for my family. My husband and I had an excellent experience at North End Motors. We worked with George Guzman who was beyond accommodating and helpful. Despite our credit issues he was able to help us find a car and even helped us on his day off. We had two other dealerships turn us away until we came here. We are extremely grateful for George and his staff and their efforts!! They also fully go thru the vehicle to ensure no mechanical issues before you pick it up. Great service! George was more than helpful ! Great communication throughout the process with all employee’s. The energy there is super friendly and down to earth. George worked on his day off to ensure I got my car in a timely manner. Finance department was super helpful with explaining everything and making sure I stayed within my budget. We've been looking for a new minivan for awhile now and just weren't finding any dealers with stock or a friendly ear to listen to what we needed. Nick, at North End Motors, has been great. Communication was great. He contacted me through my preferred method (texting) and was happy to show us anything we asked to see. He gave us the option of having him come with us for the test drive or not but since we weren't familiar with the area, we opted to have him come with us. Michael in the finance office was friendly and efficient. Overall, we actually had fun meeting with Nick and checking out the vehicles they had available. We signed all the paperwork and they're doing the final check. This includes repainting an entire door with a large chip in the paint. The plan is to pick up my awesome new to me minivan in three days. And hopefully be back soon to replace our other family car!

As soon as walk in the atmosphere is very calming and inviting. There isn’t a soul trying to push you into making a purchase. You go at your pace. I dealt with Mostafa who was absolutely amazing. He took his time and answered any and all questions. This was probably the 6th dealership that I had been to in the past two weeks and I wish I would’ve came to this one first. Great place and great staff, with great pricing!
