He was extremely approachable, confident & was able to deliver information about the car promptly. Had a last minute need for a car. Being desperate is usually a terrible time to look for a car. But I never felt like NorthEnd was taking advantage of me in any way. I want to specifically commend O'Neill, Dave, Jamie and Tal for making it as relaxing and easy as buying a car can be. The staff worked with me to make sure I had an affordable vehicle and affordable credit terms. They were more than fair with the value of the junk I was trading in. I'm not a patient person when it comes to car shopping. Dave, especially dealt expertly with my anxiety about getting everything done. Due to credit issues, I've mostly had to get used cars. NorthEnd's cars are not typical used cars. They're much more like new cars. They've got a great inventory. I ended up with a 2024 Altima and this is the first used car I bought that I didn't worry might stop working in the middle of the road. I recommend NorthEnd wholeheartedly.

I had a great experience at North End Motors, thanks in large part to Harshene Cunningham. Harshene was incredibly friendly, approachable, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. Any questions I had about the van were answered promptly, and any concerns were fully addressed before the purchase was completed. Having the registration done onsite before heading out was a huge convenience. It'll saved me an extra errand and allow us to start using the van right away. Since the van was purchased on behalf of an organization, the team was thorough and careful with all the details, including checking names and other necessary information, which made the process straightforward and easy. Overall, highly recommend Harshene and North End Motors for anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly car-buying experience.

Harshene and all the folks at NorthEnd Motors were top notch. Very communicative and responsive through all he whole process. I was buying from out of state (95 miles away) and they delivered the vehicle to me. They were very fair with the trade value for my vehicle and fair in their pricing of the car I purchased. I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!! I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!! I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
