His warm personality really set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience. My Sales Representative, Chris, was equally incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. What stood out to me most was how naturally he engaged with everyone in my group. He talked with me about the features and type of vehicle I wanted, engaged with my 7-year-old about the games he likes to play, and even connected with my cousin as he walked around the lot pointing out different vehicles that caught his attention. It truly felt like we were dealing with people who cared about making us comfortable—not just making a sale. Mufasta was also phenomenal when it came to explaining the different warranty options and protection coverage available. I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!! I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!! They both as a team made the process sooo smooth!!! Thank you guys for making my day GREAT!!

This is the four to or fifth car I have bought from North End Motors. They have always treated me with respect and I have never felt pressure from sales or management. They are happy to show me cars multiple times as I try to decide what I want to do. Pricing seems very fair and I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them for the purchase of your next used vehicle. Just a word for the salesperson, Mike, who took care of me this time. Any questions I had about the van were answered promptly, and any concerns were fully addressed before the purchase was completed. Having the registration done onsite before heading out was a huge convenience. It'll saved me an extra errand and allow us to start using the van right away. Since the van was purchased on behalf of an organization, the team was thorough and careful with all the details, including checking names and other necessary information, which made the process straightforward and easy. Our experience at North End Motors was nothing but absolutely flawless in every way. We first me with a sales associate Teddy. Teddy was amazing, a super nice guy and extremely helpful. We went to look at a specific car. We took it for a test drive ask Teddy a bunch of questions, the best part when he didn’t know the answer he never lied to us or made something up he simply said I will look it and get that answer for you. At the we decided we would keep looking. Not once did Teddy pressure us or try and keep us there longer or bring his sales manager over. The experience with Teddy was just perfect and he felt more like a friend than a salesman. A few days later we decided to go back to look at the car again. We called Teddy but he was u available for us he had another customer and asked us to come the next day. That didn’t work for us, so Teddy told us to ask for a salesmen named Harshene. We were nervous about this because there could only be one Teddy. But no we were wrong. Harshene was just as amazing as Teddy. He was extremely professional but not in that salesmen type of way. He listened to all of our concerns we took the car out once again and Harshene was patient and understanding with us we decided to buy the car and trade in our jeep. Of coarse we were not happy with our trade in amount you always want more then what they offer. I will say the trade in offer was fair in terms of dealerships but like I said you always want more. Harshene listened to my my wife’s feelings and concerns and explained the process but he simply refused to move forward if she was not happy or felt comfortable with the deal. You could clearly tell this was not a sales tactic this was just a guy who genuinely cared and took pride in what he does and was not going to have a unhappy customer. We also brought up issues that we wanted fixed with the vehicle as well. He assured us everything would be taken care of. A couple days later we went back to pick up our car. Before we gave the check we asked for the keys to check out the car one last time. As promised everything was fixed the vehicle looked perfect and was ready for us to drive home. We finished up with everything Harshene walked us through the entire process he didn’t just disappear after we signed on the dotted line and once again we were not dealing with a salesmen but a friend. I have zero ties to this company this was my very time I ever been there or even heard of them. I can tell you this will always be my go to place. I can not speak on the other salesmen but I will tell you Teddy and Harshen are absolutely the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Everything was extremely zero pressure and actually a pleasure to go through. Listen if you go to this place you must ABSOLUTELY MUST ask for one of these two guys I can promise you you will not be disappointed. If I could give 10,20,100 stars I would do it without hesitation. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
