The team at North End Motors made my car-buying experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy or overbearing, and they never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. A special shoutout to my sales representative, Derek! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely fun to work with. The Sales Manager, Jamie, was amazing as well and made the entire process even better. Overall, it was a 10/10 buying experience. Both Oniel and Mike were excellent to deal with, personable, fair, friendly and knowledgeable. They made the car buying process seamless and enjoyable, I would recommend anyone in the market try here first. Edit: Recently returned here to have some repair work done via a purchased warranty. Rick and the service team made the process totally painless, they constantly provided me with updates, dealt with the claim, and turned around the repairs quickly. Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. No high-pressure tactics. In fact, no pressure at all. I told him I didn’t need an extended warranty, and he said… No problem. Sign here. Thank you Manny and Jamie for making a tough week A LOT easier. I’m so excited about my new Jeep!

Our experience at North End Motors was nothing but absolutely flawless in every way. We first me with a sales associate Teddy. Teddy was amazing, a super nice guy and extremely helpful. We went to look at a specific car. We took it for a test drive ask Teddy a bunch of questions, the best part when he didn’t know the answer he never lied to us or made something up he simply said I will look it and get that answer for you. At the we decided we would keep looking. Not once did Teddy pressure us or try and keep us there longer or bring his sales manager over. The experience with Teddy was just perfect and he felt more like a friend than a salesman. A few days later we decided to go back to look at the car again. We called Teddy but he was u available for us he had another customer and asked us to come the next day. That didn’t work for us, so Teddy told us to ask for a salesmen named Harshene. We were nervous about this because there could only be one Teddy. But no we were wrong. Harshene was just as amazing as Teddy. He was extremely professional but not in that salesmen type of way. He listened to all of our concerns we took the car out once again and Harshene was patient and understanding with us we decided to buy the car and trade in our jeep. Of coarse we were not happy with our trade in amount you always want more then what they offer. I will say the trade in offer was fair in terms of dealerships but like I said you always want more. Harshene listened to my my wife’s feelings and concerns and explained the process but he simply refused to move forward if she was not happy or felt comfortable with the deal. You could clearly tell this was not a sales tactic this was just a guy who genuinely cared and took pride in what he does and was not going to have a unhappy customer. We also brought up issues that we wanted fixed with the vehicle as well. He assured us everything would be taken care of. A couple days later we went back to pick up our car. Before we gave the check we asked for the keys to check out the car one last time. As promised everything was fixed the vehicle looked perfect and was ready for us to drive home. We finished up with everything Harshene walked us through the entire process he didn’t just disappear after we signed on the dotted line and once again we were not dealing with a salesmen but a friend. I have zero ties to this company this was my very time I ever been there or even heard of them. I can tell you this will always be my go to place. I can not speak on the other salesmen but I will tell you Teddy and Harshen are absolutely the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Everything was extremely zero pressure and actually a pleasure to go through. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. My experience at North End Motors in purchasing my daughter’s first car resulted in exceptionally satisfying experience, when I discovered that they sell high quality cars at the correct price. I also intend on coming back next year for my son’s first car, looking to duplicate this experience.
