I have been a customer of North End Motors for years. I go to North End Motors for any routine maintenance my car may need. The service reps at North End Motors are diligent and honest. Over the past year or so I have stuck with one service rep when scheduling maintenance. I have been scheduling my maintenance services with Rick. He is great! Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. We purchased a beautiful vehicle at North End Motors. Our sales person, Brandenn Jenkins, was extremely helpful and attended to our every need . He answered all of our questions . He even provided me with a video of the exterior and interior of the car when I inquired about it . He went above and beyond . I would definitely recommend buying a car there. The car I bought was priced 3,000 less than other dealers. It was only 2 years old!! When we test drove the car we thought we heard ticking , they had the mechanic come out to check the motor and assured us that they would do a 99 point inspection and make sure that it had no issues. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice.
