Smoothest buying transaction I had to do in years and this is not my first suv. Came, test drove the car cut to the chase as far as what we were looking for and we were done within couple hours.
Had to come back for a minor issue with the tire worked with Luke whom was great to work with and flagged the issue as urgent due to my drive back being a couple hours.

I bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry at North End Motors several years ago and have been having it serviced there ever since. In December 2021, I had the car aligned, and the difference in driving was noticeable right away. Tony Fierimonte was my service advisor, and he recommended having the rear brakes and rotors replaced.
I asked Tony if I could make an appointment for the brake work, and he found me a convenient time about one week later. He then offered to pre-order the parts so that I would not have to wait as long for the completion of the work.
I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time, and Tony accepted my car key. Amazingly, my wait for the car was less than 2 hours! Thank you, Tony!

We needed to sell my father’s older, low-mileage Toyota after he passed away. I was apprehensive about what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless the sales transaction was when we talked to John Fernandes. He was very straightforward about the pros and cons of the car, and made us a reasonable offer. John was also easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We had a check in our hands in less than an hour. I would do business again with North End Motors. I’ve recommended this dealership (and John) to my friends.
P.S. When you sell your deceased family member’s car, come prepared with the necessary documents, such as the title of the car, driver’s license of the deceased, death certificate, and estate documents/license to prove that you are the personal representative, etc.

I walked in this dealership not expecting it to be much more that all the other with pushy salesmen ready to play a tug of war game with how much they would give me for my trade-in vs. how much their vehicle would cost me. Well,
I was met by Talha as the sales associate which was great to deal with. Michael Morris, in finance ,made my life much easy while assisting me with the paperwork and acquiring the proper warrantee services for the new purchase. All and all a terrific experience unlike other dealerships i've dealt with in the past.
A few days after the purchase I dropped off my vehicle for tires ( paid by the dealer)and State inspection and was blown away, again by the outstanding customer service and the quality of the work performed. I was constantly being brought up to speed by the associate, Tony Fierimonte giving me an idea of how much longer it was going to take for the repairs to be completed. Five stars experience.

I’m a long-time customer of North End Motors. I bought my first car there more than three years ago and have received excellent service since then whenever I’ve come in for an oil change or repairs.
I recently had trouble with my car continuously stalling and brought it into North End. The necessary repairs were much more complex than initially expected, and took quite a while. The service department, specifically Tony Fierimonte, did a great job keeping me updated on the status of the repairs, often reaching out multiple times a day. Tony also worked hard to make sure I understood everything that went into fixing my car. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at North End Motors! From the moment we arrived, Derrick was the first person to greet us, and he immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He was charismatic, personable, and had such a great sense of humor! His warm personality really set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience.
My Sales Representative, Chris, was equally incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. What stood out to me most was how naturally he engaged with everyone in my group. He talked with me about the features and type of vehicle I wanted, engaged with my 7-year-old about the games he likes to play, and even connected with my cousin as he walked around the lot pointing out different vehicles that caught his attention. It truly felt like we were dealing with people who cared about making us comfortable—not just making a sale.
Mufasta was also phenomenal when it came to explaining the different warranty options and protection coverage available. He was extremely informative, thorough, and detailed, making sure I understood my options and had all the information I needed before making any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured.
That is what I appreciated most about this entire experience: the genuine feeling that they were there to take care of us and our needs. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and respectful.

I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!!
He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. "
He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!!
I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!!

I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
