Tj The Car Plug at North End Motors was such a splash of fresh Air! By far the best and HONEST customer service I’ve ever had when buying someone that is a big commitment. There was no pressure which astonished me, I was flabbergasted by how much care was put into getting into a car that not only I like, but that is safe for my family. Sales rep was relatable and really listened to my anxiety with buying cars because they are so risky. Sales rep was able to make me comfortable and confident with what I was investing my money into. He was full of spunk and seemed like he had true passion into matching his customers with the right car for their personal needs.
I would recommend this place to anyone. But I would recommend they go to “TJ The Car Plug” if they want the type of high tier experience I was lucky enough to have. Five stars

Mike is super helpful, he understands his customer's needs and addresses their exact concerns. He is NOT like the sales agents who like to force unnecessary marketing strategies on their customers. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at North End Motors! From the moment we arrived, Derrick was the first person to greet us, and he immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He was charismatic, personable, and had such a great sense of humor! His warm personality really set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience.
My Sales Representative, Chris, was equally incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. What stood out to me most was how naturally he engaged with everyone in my group. He talked with me about the features and type of vehicle I wanted, engaged with my 7-year-old about the games he likes to play, and even connected with my cousin as he walked around the lot pointing out different vehicles that caught his attention. It truly felt like we were dealing with people who cared about making us comfortable—not just making a sale.
Mufasta was also phenomenal when it came to explaining the different warranty options and protection coverage available. He was extremely informative, thorough, and detailed, making sure I understood my options and had all the information I needed before making any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured.
That is what I appreciated most about this entire experience: the genuine feeling that they were there to take care of us and our needs. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and respectful.

I have been a loyal customer with North End Motors for years. This is my third car I have bought & also traded in my old car from them. My experience has always been GREAT & EASY! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!!
He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. "
He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. He answered aaall my questions. THEN I WAS READY TO SIGN -SOLD!!
I also worked after with Mustapha to sign up for a new warranty. He was also AMAZING as well!!
They both as a team made the process sooo smooth!!!

I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
