I thought north end motors had a great operation, I was very pleased with my purchase, the process was understandably slowed because of the hack of their service provider but went well considering. My only issue was they only provided one key fob with the car I purchased and a second fob is an added expense I was not anticipating

I really appreciate how I was treated at Northend Motors. I found the car I was looking for at the dealership. Buying it was fun, stress free, and transparent from beginning to end with Naf the salesman. This is my third time buying a used vehicle at this location. After wasting time with dishonest people at the other dealers, I was able to buy the car from them quickly and without hassle. I really enjoyed the ease of the process. I'll never deal with "traditional" car dealers again and absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone.

Over the past year or so I have stuck with one service rep when scheduling maintenance. I have been scheduling my maintenance services with Rick. He is great! His warm personality really set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience. My Sales Representative, Chris, was equally incredible. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. What stood out to me most was how naturally he engaged with everyone in my group. He talked with me about the features and type of vehicle I wanted, engaged with my 7-year-old about the games he likes to play, and even connected with my cousin as he walked around the lot pointing out different vehicles that caught his attention. In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
