The team at North End Motors made my car-buying experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy or overbearing, and they never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. A special shoutout to my sales representative, Derek! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely fun to work with. The Sales Manager, Jamie, was amazing as well and made the entire process even better. Overall, it was a 10/10 buying experience. Both Oniel and Mike were excellent to deal with, personable, fair, friendly and knowledgeable. They made the car buying process seamless and enjoyable, I would recommend anyone in the market try here first. Edit: Recently returned here to have some repair work done via a purchased warranty. Rick and the service team made the process totally painless, they constantly provided me with updates, dealt with the claim, and turned around the repairs quickly. Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. No high-pressure tactics. In fact, no pressure at all. I told him I didn’t need an extended warranty, and he said… No problem. Sign here. Thank you Manny and Jamie for making a tough week A LOT easier. I’m so excited about my new Jeep!

Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. We purchased a beautiful vehicle at North End Motors. Our sales person, Brandenn Jenkins, was extremely helpful and attended to our every need . He answered all of our questions . He even provided me with a video of the exterior and interior of the car when I inquired about it . He went above and beyond . I would definitely recommend buying a car there. The car I bought was priced 3,000 less than other dealers. It was only 2 years old!! When we test drove the car we thought we heard ticking , they had the mechanic come out to check the motor and assured us that they would do a 99 point inspection and make sure that it had no issues. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and cannot wait to pick it up. I would recommend Brandenn , our salesperson, to guide you step by step on buying a car . He did an excellent job and made the car buying process a breeze. Their selection , cost and overall confidence in the buying process made simple . I could not ask for a better place.

I bought a Durango from Jozef and Mario at North End Motors July 2023, and had a great experience. They were friendly and helpful and got us into a great car. I had a small issue with the brakes and brought it back a few days later and they fixed it up. I am very happy and will definitely visit again if I need another car.

Right out of the gate Matt was super helpful. He was already calling me back before I could leave a message. I called first thing this morning about a certain vehicle that I have had my eye on. Matt was super excited to help me today. He got the info he needed over the phone and I was there within 45 minutes for a test drive. When I pulled in he had the car out front ready to go for a test drive. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about all the things. The test drive was cool and relaxed (usually I get anxious w other ppl in the car when I drive) but he made it very easy to enjoy the test drive. He worked with others such as mario and pat to get me the best rates, monthly payment and trade in value. I spent most of the day here and it felt like i wasnt there all day matt made it feel like i was hanging out with a friend. he listened to what i needed and the reasons i was switching cars and he cared. Mario also cared in this way as well. All in all they werent trying to push this car on me and they did everything they could to get me everything i wanted. I feel the best compromises where made on both ends. Michael got the best deal on warranties and things of that nature for me. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Great sense of humor and just a pleasure to have spoken with and gone over all the info with. I also had the pleasure of briefly meeting Richard the head of service who was very nice and I am excited to use the service part of North end motors and building a relationship with them! All in all I had I great experience today! I would recommend this establishment for sure! Thank you so much Matt, Michael, Mario and Richard!

I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. Stepping onto the property workers were nice and friendly, greeted you but not overstepping. Brandenn was the BEST sales person I have dealt with while searching for a car. Very knowledgeable and listens to what the customer wants/needs. If you want a great experience ask for him!
