Five Star Experience and More From the moment we walked in to North End Motors, we felt welcome. Harshene showed us exactly what we were looking for and then scheduled my son for a test drive. Buying from out of state is a non-issue here, Talha and Jamie expertly financed and prepared the documents for us, expressed them and provided a return. Tony delivered the vehicle to us at the DMV. From a large selection of vehicles to great staff and customer service. Prior to my purchase, I noticed some discrepancies where the dealer said they would repair them. On final inspection of the car, North End Motors discovered a few issues that needed to be addressed. I immediately received a call from the Sales Manager, Jaime. He informed me that he would communicate the status of the car while the work was being preformed. He did just that. That's great customer service! Jaime made sure the car was to my perfection. He sent a video and pictures before delivery. Tony, the delivery driver, was patient while I went over the areas that needed attention. I cannot say enough about Jaime. I'm very pleased with my purchase from TJ, Jaime and the staff at North End Motors.

Mike was the first person I saw walking into the North End Motors. He was so pleasant from the beginning! He was not only patient, he got to know me from asking questions and asking questions about my preferences and what I was looking for. To be honest I was not looking because I didn’t think I was ready to buy a car yet. I had little information on buying car (this was my first car purchase) but after Mike educated me about buying cars and I left with a car hahaa I’m still shocked! It was actually affordable! In sales, I worked with Sales Associate Mike Morrison on a saturday. He was AAAMAZING!! He went over my interest in type of car, budget & then test drive to see what I liked. I test drived 5 cars. I liked all of them. Chose the last one. BUT I needed a day to think about the car. He did advise " if you do not buy it at this moment, its a possibility it could be bought by someone else. But It was my decision if I needed to wait 24hrs. No pressure. He would call me on Monday, if it was STILL there. " He called this morning. I told him, I had additional questions & was coming in. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
