I had a WONDERFUL experience here. I found the Subaru Impreza I thought I wanted online and reached out to them. Beatriz helped me immensely with answering my questions and getting the process started. Mostafa was incredibly welcoming and helpful in leading me through the process and following up to make sure it arrived safely and all was well. It arrived sparkling clean and super shiny. Tony stayed with me as I got it registered in case there were any issues and then transfered my plates over for me. I love my new car and I'm happy to recommend North End Motors to anyone searching for a car!

This place ROCKS! If you want a good dealership with excellent customer service and service overall, I highly recommend North End Motors. I've been bringing my Mitsubishi SUV here for quite awhile now for my oil changes and each time I've been well taken care of by Tony Fiermonte. This gentleman is very good at what he does because he does it well. Tony will let you know what is happening with your vehicle and he will keep you abreast of any new changes that come up during your visit. He looks out for the customer just as he's done with me since I've been a customer of his. He will inform you of any discounts and points you accrue on their rewards program and ask if you want to redeem them. Like I said this place rocks. Update April 19, 2024 I brought my car in again for oil change and inspection to North End Motors and was helped by Rick Travers. Rick was very professional and helpful he kept me updated during my visit about earned reward points, what my car needed. I didn't know North End did inspections until Rick told me and I like that kind of service coming from seasoned professionals like Rick. Thanks so much for keeping my car in tip top shape.
