I absolutely dread the haggling and fast talking sales pitch of most Salesmen however once I walked into North End Motors and was greeted by Mostafa all my nerves went away. This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car. Mostafa was patient, considerate, and genuine in his approach. My husband and I happily purchased a beautiful 2018 BMW X4 and send a huge Thank you to Mostafa for making this purchase such an enjoyable one.

I think they are just like most other car dealerships except they act a little nicer. Ethically I think they play games. Maybe some of you can sit there for hours while they try to find a car for you. Once they do they say you can’t test drive it because service needs to go through it. You initial on a payment and then all of a sudden warranties are thrown in. Now your payment is almost 150 more a month then you wanted to pay. Ya they wore me out. I wanted out of there so I signed. I know now I shouldn’t have. Oh and nice practice to say you can test drive the car when you come and pick it up days later after the paperwork was signed. Doesn’t seem right. That came from a sales manager! I’m sure most of you had good experiences but not everyone does.
