North end motors made my car buying process easy and seamless while I had a broken leg. Amara was easy to coordinate with via text and was incredibly kind with no pressure, Jaime and Harshene were both thoughtful in helping out and fun to engage with, and Mostafa in finance was very well informed and explained everything in depth inclusive of answering any questions I had.

From a large selection of vehicles to great staff and customer service. Prior to my purchase, I noticed some discrepancies where the dealer said they would repair them. On final inspection of the car, North End Motors discovered a few issues that needed to be addressed. I immediately received a call from the Sales Manager, Jaime. He informed me that he would communicate the status of the car while the work was being preformed. He did just that. That's great customer service! Jaime made sure the car was to my perfection. He sent a video and pictures before delivery. Tony, the delivery driver, was patient while I went over the areas that needed attention. I cannot say enough about Jaime. I'm very pleased with my purchase from TJ, Jaime and the staff at North End Motors.

I was a little tough on him and Carlos a bit. They took my frown and turned it upside down. Carlos helped me navigate a “reality situation” for the car I chose. I told T.J. That I will be back next year to purchase the car that I Really want, which is not in my budget right now. Have to give a shout out to Jaime as well for staying late to process my paperwork. Bottom line… HIGHLY RECOMMEND! TJ is the MAN!

I cannot rave enough about North End Motors!. I felt like I was guided opposed to pressured into buying my now new purchase from them. I felt it was a honest and great middle ground for me the customer first and the dealership. A bonus is that they had a competent staff which was very helpful in any concerns I had. The Sales Rep Don was excellent and attentive and followed up with me during the whole sales transaction. Jaime the Sales manager and knows the ends and outs of everything and made me feel at home. Overall North End motors has 5 stars and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a great experience working with Talha and Jaime at North End Motors! They were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but not pushy at all. At no point did I feel like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear in order to make a sale. I highly recommend working with them and North End Motors to other car buyers!
