I cannot rave enough about North End Motors!. I felt like I was guided opposed to pressured into buying my now new purchase from them. I felt it was a honest and great middle ground for me the customer first and the dealership. A bonus is that they had a competent staff which was very helpful in any concerns I had. The Sales Rep Don was excellent and attentive and followed up with me during the whole sales transaction. Jaime the Sales manager and knows the ends and outs of everything and made me feel at home. Overall North End motors has 5 stars and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Giving North End Motors 5 ?????????? T.J. Was my sales associate, honestly can’t say anything bad about my experience. He was a friendly, positive, up beat gentleman to work with. I was a little tough on him and Carlos a bit. They took my frown and turned it upside down. Carlos helped me navigate a “reality situation” for the car I chose. I told T.J. That I will be back next year to purchase the car that I Really want, which is not in my budget right now. Have to give a shout out to Jaime as well for staying late to process my paperwork. Bottom line… HIGHLY RECOMMEND! TJ is the MAN!
