Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. No high-pressure tactics. In fact, no pressure at all. I told him I didn’t need an extended warranty, and he said… No problem. Sign here. Thank you Manny and Jamie for making a tough week A LOT easier. I’m so excited about my new Jeep!

When I first walked in, Brandenn and Harshene were very welcoming and professional, very upfront, fully transparent salesmen (and that’s hard to find) if I could find better words than “above and beyond” it wouldn’t do what they did for my family justice. North End Motors made what is usually a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. I worked with Branden J, and he was exactly what you hope for in a sales rep—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into a decision. What stood out the most was how low-pressure the entire experience was. I recently brought my car into North End Motors for a damaged rear passenger door. Even though my car took nearly 4 weeks to fix (at no fault of North End Motors—this was an insurance issue) Rick, was knowledgeable, helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Giving North End Motors 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ T.J. Was my sales associate, honestly can’t say anything bad about my experience. He was a friendly, positive, up beat gentleman to work with. I was a little tough on him and Carlos a bit. They took my frown and turned it upside down. Carlos helped me navigate a “reality situation” for the car I chose. I told T.J. That I will be back next year to purchase the car that I Really want, which is not in my budget right now. Have to give a shout out to Jaime as well for staying late to process my paperwork. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice.
