TEST DRIVES:
Salesman took time to test drive 2 potential trucks.
Selected 2017 Silverado 2500HD had brand new rear brakes, including pads & rotors.
OVERHEATING BRAKES:
Test drive revealed hot brake on front right.
Salesman tried to re-assure that new rear brakes needed to be broken in.
Salesman indicated that brakes would be inspected & repaired, as needed.
FINAL RESOLUTION:
After 2nd drive, showed salesman hot front brake.
Ultimately, North End installed 4 corner brake job, including pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses.
WOULD I BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM NORTH END MOTOR SALES:

I recently just purchased a car here a few days ago. I was car hunting at many different dealerships for about 8months. Every dealer I came into contact with tried to pressure me about buying the car or running my credit before even talking numbers . It was quite upsetting because I wanted to deal with someone who valued me as a costumer and not their next paycheck. That's until I met Aaron "AJ" over at North End Motors. He was very Honest & charismatic! He took the time in helping me find a vehicle that best fit my situation.
