Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. No high-pressure tactics. In fact, no pressure at all. I told him I didn’t need an extended warranty, and he said… No problem. Sign here. When I first walked in, Brandenn and Harshene were very welcoming and professional, very upfront, fully transparent salesmen (and that’s hard to find) if I could find better words than “above and beyond” it wouldn’t do what they did for my family justice. North End Motors made what is usually a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. I worked with Branden J, and he was exactly what you hope for in a sales rep—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into a decision. What stood out the most was how low-pressure the entire experience was. We purchased a beautiful vehicle at North End Motors. Our sales person, Brandenn Jenkins, was extremely helpful and attended to our every need . He answered all of our questions . He even provided me with a video of the exterior and interior of the car when I inquired about it . He went above and beyond . I would definitely recommend buying a car there. The car I bought was priced 3,000 less than other dealers. It was only 2 years old!! When we test drove the car we thought we heard ticking , they had the mechanic come out to check the motor and assured us that they would do a 99 point inspection and make sure that it had no issues. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and cannot wait to pick it up. I would recommend Brandenn , our salesperson, to guide you step by step on buying a car . He did an excellent job and made the car buying process a breeze. Their selection , cost and overall confidence in the buying process made simple . I could not ask for a better place.

Smoothest buying transaction I had to do in years and this is not my first suv. Came, test drove the car cut to the chase as far as what we were looking for and we were done within couple hours. Had to come back for a minor issue with the tire worked with Luke whom was great to work with and flagged the issue as urgent due to my drive back being a couple hours. I bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry at North End Motors several years ago and have been having it serviced there ever since. In December 2021, I had the car aligned, and the difference in driving was noticeable right away. Tony Fierimonte was my service advisor, and he recommended having the rear brakes and rotors replaced. I asked Tony if I could make an appointment for the brake work, and he found me a convenient time about one week later. He then offered to pre-order the parts so that I would not have to wait as long for the completion of the work. I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time, and Tony accepted my car key. Amazingly, my wait for the car was less than 2 hours! Thank you, Tony!

We needed to sell my father’s older, low-mileage Toyota after he passed away. I was apprehensive about what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless the sales transaction was when we talked to John Fernandes. He was very straightforward about the pros and cons of the car, and made us a reasonable offer. John was also easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We had a check in our hands in less than an hour. I would do business again with North End Motors. I’ve recommended this dealership (and John) to my friends. P.S. When you sell your deceased family member’s car, come prepared with the necessary documents, such as the title of the car, driver’s license of the deceased, death certificate, and estate documents/license to prove that you are the personal representative, etc.

I walked in this dealership not expecting it to be much more that all the other with pushy salesmen ready to play a tug of war game with how much they would give me for my trade-in vs. how much their vehicle would cost me. Well, I was met by Talha as the sales associate which was great to deal with. Michael Morris, in finance ,made my life much easy while assisting me with the paperwork and acquiring the proper warrantee services for the new purchase. All and all a terrific experience unlike other dealerships i've dealt with in the past. A few days after the purchase I dropped off my vehicle for tires ( paid by the dealer)and State inspection and was blown away, again by the outstanding customer service and the quality of the work performed. I was constantly being brought up to speed by the associate, Tony Fierimonte giving me an idea of how much longer it was going to take for the repairs to be completed. Five stars experience.

I’m a long-time customer of North End Motors. I bought my first car there more than three years ago and have received excellent service since then whenever I’ve come in for an oil change or repairs. I recently had trouble with my car continuously stalling and brought it into North End. The necessary repairs were much more complex than initially expected, and took quite a while. The service department, specifically Tony Fierimonte, did a great job keeping me updated on the status of the repairs, often reaching out multiple times a day. Tony also worked hard to make sure I understood everything that went into fixing my car. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
