Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. No high-pressure tactics. In fact, no pressure at all. I told him I didn’t need an extended warranty, and he said… No problem. Sign here.

North End Motors made what is usually a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. I worked with Branden J, and he was exactly what you hope for in a sales rep—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into a decision.
What stood out the most was how low-pressure the entire experience was. Branden focused on making sure I was comfortable and informed rather than just trying to close a deal. Because of that, I felt confident in my decision—and we didn’t leave empty-handed.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
Impressed by quantity, quality, variety of inventory.
Impressed by overall show room.
Impressed by responsiveness, professionalism of the sales staff.
Impressed by level of detailing on each vehicle (looked brand new).
TEST DRIVES:
Salesman took time to test drive 2 potential trucks.
Selected 2017 Silverado 2500HD had brand new rear brakes, including pads & rotors.
OVERHEATING BRAKES:
Test drive revealed hot brake on front right.
Salesman tried to re-assure that new rear brakes needed to be broken in.
Salesman indicated that brakes would be inspected & repaired, as needed.
FINAL RESOLUTION:
After 2nd drive, showed salesman hot front brake.
Ultimately, North End installed 4 corner brake job, including pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses.
WOULD I BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM NORTH END MOTOR SALES:
Absolutely, yes.

I recently just purchased a car here a few days ago. I was car hunting at many different dealerships for about 8months. Every dealer I came into contact with tried to pressure me about buying the car or running my credit before even talking numbers . It was quite upsetting because I wanted to deal with someone who valued me as a costumer and not their next paycheck. That's until I met Aaron "AJ" over at North End Motors. He was very Honest & charismatic! He took the time in helping me find a vehicle that best fit my situation. AJ didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle but rather told me to take my time and when I was ready he'd be there to help. I went home and I sat and I reflected and throughout the 8 months I've been car hunting I hadn't ran into any dealer like him. He was kind, personalable , relatable, patient and made everything make sense! I went back the next day and we shopped around Test drove some cars till I found the one that I wanted to take home. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice.
