Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. No high-pressure tactics. In fact, no pressure at all. I told him I didn’t need an extended warranty, and he said… No problem. Sign here. Thank you Manny and Jamie for making a tough week A LOT easier. I’m so excited about my new Jeep!

When I first walked in, Brandenn and Harshene were very welcoming and professional, very upfront, fully transparent salesmen (and that’s hard to find) if I could find better words than “above and beyond” it wouldn’t do what they did for my family justice. Excellent experience. You can tell this dealer offers a flat commission to their salespeople. There was no pressure to opt for the more expensive cars I looked at vs the cheapos. They just want to help you find the right car for you. Bradley was friendly and approachable, and very knowledgeable about the section of the car market I was most interested in. They gave me all the time and space I needed to make an informed choice, and drew on customer experience to share more information about the different models - good and bad. No high pressure tactics or games here. If buying a car can be painless, this is what it would look like. Highly recommend.

Had a last minute need for a car. Being desperate is usually a terrible time to look for a car. But I never felt like NorthEnd was taking advantage of me in any way. I want to specifically commend O'Neill, Dave, Jamie and Tal for making it as relaxing and easy as buying a car can be. The staff worked with me to make sure I had an affordable vehicle and affordable credit terms. They were more than fair with the value of the junk I was trading in. I'm not a patient person when it comes to car shopping. Dave, especially dealt expertly with my anxiety about getting everything done. Due to credit issues, I've mostly had to get used cars. NorthEnd's cars are not typical used cars. They're much more like new cars. They've got a great inventory. I ended up with a 2024 Altima and this is the first used car I bought that I didn't worry might stop working in the middle of the road. I recommend NorthEnd wholeheartedly.

I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
