Over the years I’ve bought quite a few cars. You know how it is. Everybody wants to have a new car, but nobody wants to deal with the hassle of buying one. Enter Manny at North End Motors. When I first spoke with him over the phone, I explained my situation- that my car died unexpectedly, and I needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. From that phone call, Manny worked diligently to make the typically-stressful car buying experience as easy as possible. He coordinated with the Finance Manager, Jamie, to locate my pre-approval paperwork, review my application, secure the supporting documentation, and submit everything to the bank. At every step in the process, he was in touch with me, asking questions and giving me updates. Manny knew that the dealership was a good distance from my home in Salem, Mass, and that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips down to Canton. He stayed late not once, but twice, to ensure that I could do everything in one visit. I also want to thank Jamie, for being the exact opposite of every Finance Manager I’ve ever met. No high-pressure tactics. In fact, no pressure at all. I told him I didn’t need an extended warranty, and he said… No problem. Sign here. Thank you Manny and Jamie for making a tough week A LOT easier. I’m so excited about my new Jeep!

When I first walked in, Brandenn and Harshene were very welcoming and professional, very upfront, fully transparent salesmen (and that’s hard to find) if I could find better words than “above and beyond” it wouldn’t do what they did for my family justice. I worked with Branden J, and he was exactly what you hope for in a sales rep—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We bought our van from this dealership, and I have to say, Harshene is my guy! He provided excellent service and was patient during the test drive. He helped us get all the documents done, so we didn’t have to worry too much. Even after we purchased the van, he still followed up with all the information we needed. I thought north end motors had a great operation, I was very pleased with my purchase, the process was understandably slowed because of the hack of their service provider but went well considering. My only issue was they only provided one key fob with the car I purchased and a second fob is an added expense I was not anticipating

I really appreciate how I was treated at Northend Motors. I found the car I was looking for at the dealership. I was browsing through cars online and came across North End Motors. I found a vehicle I was interested in with low miles, age, and a nice price. I left my contact information and was contacted by Manny the following day. My work schedule was the tricky part, but Manny was extremely understanding. Upon arriving Manny was kind, friendly, and prepared. We took the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive and I was happy with my choice. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle and also make down payment. Manny was very informative and very professional with the process. He and his team members ran my credit with no problems, and the process was went smoother than I anticipated. He also let me know that his team can transfer my previous plates to the new vehicle and have it registered on site, which extremely convenient for me. This has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car from Manny. I’ve been driving my new car for about week now and I am very happy with my choice. I would absolutely recommend Manny and the team members at North End Motors. Thank you for everything in making this experience a pleasurable one
